Delivery & Info

United Kingdom Delivery Timings

At Making Meadows, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable delivery to ensure your eco-friendly stationery reaches you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Large Letters & Parcels (Writing paper & Planner Pads)
    All large letters and parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service, providing peace of mind with tracking included. If you need your items sooner, you can upgrade to 24-hour tracked delivery at checkout. Please note, for same-day dispatch with 24-hour tracked delivery, orders must be placed before 2 pm.

  • Small Letters (Greeting Cards & Bookmarks):
    Small items such as greeting cards and bookmarks are sent via Royal Mail First Class as standard. For tracking and faster delivery, you can choose to upgrade to 24-hour tracked delivery at checkout.

  • Dispatch Times:
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched from the following Monday (or next working day).

USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand Delivery Timings

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days via International Royal Mail service which is a 10-20 business days delivery. Please be patient as your order is travelling from far away and delays can happen. This service is not trackable. 

If you are an international customer please be aware that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order.

When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived?

Royal mail does not class an item as lost until 10 working days have passed (uk delivery). This means they could deliver it anytime up till then. Due to this we would appreciate it if you waited 10 working days before you contact us, as unfortunately there are sometimes delays to a delivery. If you are worried about a delivery not arriving in time or wanted to check the dispatch date or the address it is going to, please don't hesitate to contact us. Hopefully we can give you some peace of mind & help you out. 

Damaged Items

If an order arrives damaged or faulty, please send us an email to hello@makingmeadows.co.uk explaining the issue along with a photo of the damaged goods. We do our best to try and package our products the best we can while still being eco friendly but unfortunately accidents do happen during transit, which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you, so please don't hesitate to get in touch!  

Post & Packaging Costs

Delivery costs vary per item. We try to keep our delivery costs down as much as possible & do not make a profit from them. Postage is determined by the weight of the items you order.

You can upgrade your delivery to tracked if you are in a rush for your items and would like to track their journey. 

Wrong or Incomplete Delivery Address

If you have placed an order & realise your address was incorrect, please contact us immediately. Hopefully we can alter the address before it gets sent out. If the item has already been dispatched, we won't be able to refund you or send out a new item. Hopefully the item will be returned to us via Royal Mail & then we will offer you a refund for your order (minus the postage) or we can send it back out a second time, using the correct address. Unfortunately wrong addressed items don't always make it back to us & seem to get lost somewhere along the way or get delivered to the wrong address.
